4.      EBSCO will draw the winners randomly via computers on Dec. 21st.  We will post the winners list on Dec.

         31^st. 

5.      When winners list is posted on Dec. 21^st, EBSCO will email to those winners after around 14 working

         day.  If the winners cannot be contacted, they will be regarded that they give up the winner qualification.

6.      The winners cannot change the prize of this campaign into cash or pass the winner qualification to the

         third people.
